Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding project requirements.
- Approve designs, materials, and selections in a timely manner to avoid delays.

- Follow payment terms as outlined in the project agreement.
Quotes, Payments, and Scheduling
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Scheduling depends on availability, material lead times, and project scope.
- Changes to scope or materials may affect pricing and timelines; adjustments will be discussed and approved in writing.
Warranties
We stand by the quality of our work. Rutledge Improvements provides a workmanship warranty, the length and terms of which depend on the scope of the project. Warranty details are outlined in each project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to deliver safe, high-quality results, Rutledge Improvements is not liable for:
- Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or events outside of our control.
- Pre-existing issues uncovered during renovations (e.g., plumbing, electrical, structural). These will be discussed with clients and handled through approved change orders.
- Indirect or incidental damages arising from project work.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photos, graphics, and the Rutledge Improvements logo, is owned by Rutledge Improvements and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Privacy & Data
